Additionally, if you have friends in houses that are doing informal recruitment (most likely DPhiE and ASA), I recommend getting closer with them and hopefully you can meet some of their sisters that way. The more sisters you can get to like you, the better your chances are during informal (or next formal if you are a freshman) recruitment. As always, keep your GPA high, get involved in activities and leadership positions, and make sure that you present yourself well (look put together). I was dropped during recruitment my freshman year, but found my home during informal recruitment, so it is possible.
