very little of this is decided. Sororities need to see what their pledge classes are like before they even think about doing informal. And snap bids and informal rush are 2 totally different things. A snap bid is a bid extended to a girl who removed herself from the rush process at any point in time if after the bid matching process a chapter has not made quota.However, if a chapter cut you at any point, they more than likely will not extend you a snap bid. So do not count on a snap bid from your fav chapter if they already cut you.
