Each sorority has the house leased for a set time frame. If AGD's house isn't ready in time, they still have to move out and let SK move in since that's when their lease begins. That's the law. Imagine it this way. You sign a lease for an apartment starting on a specific date. The people currently leasing that apartment say "oh sorry, our new house isn't done yet, so we aren't moving by the start of your lease date after all." They still have to move because their lease is over. AGD really needs to stop telling people otherwise. They're insecure enough that SK has surpassed them even without a house. All this story telling is making them look desperate.
