I don't think APhi or ZTA are top tier chapters any more. I think XO jumped over them last year and that Pi Phi and Tri Delt are better than than the other Third Street houses. I also don't think that Phi Mu or AEPhi are any better than ADPi, AGD, SDT and the unhoused chapters. I think the bottom is tier is still pretty strong if you look at all factors. I think the bottom tier is pretty large with the unhoused chapters and the 5 I listed above. in NO order in each row: Top: XO, Pi Phi, Tri Delta Not quite top, but not middle: APhi, ZTA, AXO.
