The plan is to have a new house by the time phi psi lease is over for SK . Sigma kappa will not be an unhoused chapter next year in the Phi Psi house, and when that's over they still don't (if all goes well ) plan to be unhoused. Their nationals made that very clear . similar to acacia which Is back on campus, SK already had a house when they were here back in the 80s and 90s , which actually still stands across from the DG house (its now the administration building), now that they are back they have every intention to be housed again. their contract with IU stated that they would get a house within 3 years...and it's already been 1. So not gonna lie, I'm impressed
