Where are you getting your facts? Yes, ZTA will most likely take more than 50, last year the took more than 50. Nothing new here. ASA does not have the most cuts of the unhoused. TPA and ASA are virtually even with releases. SK will not invite everyone back. They will not have release figures from the university, but their national will tell them how many to cut. Chapters invite back based on last year's numbers. Those chapters did not have the best return rates. There are some middle chapters with better return rates.
