Subject:
to the freshman girl who can't wait to rush

Poster Message:
Just a few things to get you through the semester... -After this post never visit this site again! I remember being a freshman and thinking how important it was to be as prepared as possible before rush. But this site isn't the place. Go talk to a friend in a chapter, or the girl in front of you in class. Girls in chapters love to talk to you about it. Don't be scared! -The ranking, omg! If you actually are concerned with the tier system there's a good chance you already know what houses are considered top houses... its not that hard to figure out! But who cares, there are cool pretty girls in every house, just like every top house has a group of randoms. It happens. Especially with pledge classes growing every year. -Chapters lose girls throughout the year all the time, sometimes less publicized than others but it happens. Girls drop because of grades, financial commitments, and other reasons. Doesn't mean anything. -Just like there are cool/weird girls in every chapter, there are mean/nice girls in every chapter. So a ranking of the meanest-nicest is just too seventh grade for college and you shouldn't be allowed to be in a chapter if that's what you want the world to read. -Be excited for recruitment, when else do you get to meet so many amazing people and visit some pretty awesome houses also. While there, picture yourself sleeping, eating, studying there. That's what you're paying for besides the social aspect. -Have an open mind! Be excited-follow Tumblrs/grams
