I would put the top 10 chapters a little more spread between the tiers, each tier has at least one house that stands out from the last two recruitment cycles. These chapters have the happiest sisters I've met, all are proud of their chapter and all are up and coming or neutral in the spot they've held in the tier system and aren't obviously trying to social climb. 1.
