Basically, I rushed this year but I had to drop (long story and I am really upset I had to drop). I am going to be a junior next year and I want to rush. I have good grades, very social, not bad to look at, and currently working on making connections with as many girls as possible. What houses will consider taking an upperclassmen and which ones ONLY want freshman? Also, will recommendation letters make a good impression on the houses?
