I disagree to a certain extent, I didn't end up joining a house when I joined recruitment and I have struggled immensely trying to find my place at State. A lot of ppl already have their groups and it is just hard to try and fit in and make not even a meaningful friendship, but just someone who you can go out with and who likes it when you are around. I know there are other ways to make friends, Im just still currently looking. I know that because I am not in a house, my opinion doesn't matter much but I just wanted to give my two cents since I am currently on the other side.
