I believe Alpha Gamma Delta comes first, and then Phi Mu because that's the order they left in so that's how the return agreement worked out. You also have to remember that it was a different time when these chapters left campus. It was pre-RFM (release figure methodology) which is how return rates and everything work. So so so many chapters folded simply because of how recruitment was structured at that time. Since RFM chapters have been able to come back and rebuild stronger than ever at campuses all over the country
