I saw someone else post this before and I thought it was perfect. Tier 1A A Phi Chi O Tier 1B KKG AXO Tier 2A Theta Zeta KD SK Tier 2B Gphi DG AxiD PiPhi Tier 3 AoPi SDT There are huge differences in houses and I don't think most can be considered interchangeable. Maybe when you get to the bottom but definitely not at the upper tier and upper middle tier level.
