What oh ok said! Also, return rate doesn't mean that house is getting the best girls, it means they're inviting girls back who they know would want to come back. Couple years ago SK or Gphi or something had the highest return rate but SK/Gphi has obviously never had the best pledge class. It just means they invited girls back who they knew would come back and didn't invite girls they knew wouldn't. P.S. No hate towards SK or Gphi. They both have great girls, just like every sorority at MSU. I was just talking about what's considered the "best" looks wise.
