Not to say other frats don't also hang with that better sororities, but this seems to be how it is. Houses change every year though. There could be a house I didn't name who is on the rise in sorority relations. In terms of other aspects of fraternities(brotherhood, money, alumni connections, etc), most if not all are strong.
