Bottom line is Michigan state has no real strong fraternities. They cant even compete with other big ten schools greek life (ex. Ohio State and Indiana's would own them) I would agree with that list purely because the top looks right and the middle tier appears to me to be the fraternities making the most effort to be a top tier fraternity. Fiji while they are new is making things happen, Delt Sigs has improved a lot. I personally dont know much about Lambda other than that they will be house-less in less than 2 years. Theta Chi might be a fraternity that is making moves a little more than ATO which is hanging onto relevance by a thread. Bottom line is that if your in the second tier theres probably not much difference between the order because all those fraternities have very little differences
