Going into fall 14… these are the rankings… For sororities: Alpha Phi Chi O Kappa AXO Theta Zeta Kappa Delta Sigma Kappa Gamma Phi Pi Phi AXiD Delta Gamma AOPi SDT I know some would say AXiD may be a little bit better than Pi Phi, but Pi Phi has a house and AXiD doesn't. That'll hurt them in recruitment. I don't care that AXiD may have 4 more attractive girls than Pi Phi does, it does not really matter. For fraternities: Pike Sigma Chi SNU SAE FIJI Delt Sigs Lambda Sigma Pi Delta Chi I won't even list the rest because I honestly know nothing about them/hear nothing about them. Realistically the top 6, maybe top 7 fraternities party with top tier houses, but that may only be 2 or 3 times a year. Pike and Sigma Chi are far much better than the other houses and I think it is time we close that gap.
