Top sororities have to stop recruiting their sisters,cousins,high school friends, volleyball,soccer,fill in the blank teammates,because they are leaving gorgeous, smart,women behind that mids are gobbling up and becoming what the tops used to rep. This is the reason legacies were got rid of, no obligations. XO, AXO are doing fine, not great,for now but sadly Aphi, KKG,Zeta are finding out the hard way. Frats will too if they already haven’t.Don’t be surprised when top frats start expanding their socials to include top mids /mids that they don’t usually social. The climb to the top is happening for some mid sororities and tops should stop being so comfortable and start evaluating their recruitment process.
