top tier nationally?? when does that ever matter on campus? Pi Phi may be "great" nationally, but they are bottom tier here. National rankings don't matter when it comes to campus culture and the rankings here at MSU. Phi, XO and KKG are top tier. Not KD, Pi Phi and Theta
