A Phi Chi O -------- Kappa AXO Theta --------- Zeta KD -------- Kappa, AXO and Theta are technically still considered "top-tier" but they have certain pledge classes that are horrendous… like middle/bottom tier material. Phi and Chi O have had consistently great pledge classes for the past four years and that is why they are on a different level than the other "top-tier" houses. Zeta and KD are middle tier, nothing special but not bad either. SK is insane, I would't recommend that house to anyone. The rest of the houses are pretty irrelevant/bottom/not anywhere close to M.A.C.
