Top tier houses are: Alpha Phi Chi Omega Kappa Kappa Gamma Alpha Chi Omega Kappa Alpha Theta Those are top 5, but there is a HUGE difference (drop) between APhi and Chi O compared to the Kappa, AXO and Theta. But I honestly wouldn't worry about only getting a bid from the top 5 houses. KD, Zeta and even SK are good middle tier houses that have a pretty good greek life experience too :)
