SAE: Lots of guys, getting their old house back(Lambda, great alumni/national backing Social Life: Great, have socials with top sororities every week Beta: Small group, they'll ride the bottom middle tier train for a while unless they get a really solid pledge class. Social Life: Poor, they are almost two years old and don't have a full social calendar. Phi Delt: brand new, doing a decent job at getting their name out there, SDT's old house could hurt them or help them it all depends how they use it. Social Life: Poor, don't do any socials really. (dry house) Alpha Sig: Only a year old, small group of guys but get a lot better with each new pledge class, need to get a better house Social Life: Decent, have socials every week but with the middle tier houses (DG,Pi Phi, GPhi,Skappa)
