SAE: Most brothers, getting their house back/Renovating it, lots of alumni backing, will be a good, very competitive house in the fall. Beta: Small, crappy house with an ok location, decent guys, but not great and not like the old Beta. Phi Delt: Believe it or not has TONS of history at MSU, but their old house (SDTs current house) is in the middle of nowhere and they are a nationally dry fraternity... Alpha Sig: Renting a house, few brothers, will be a bottom feeder for awhile, kind of like TDX/Phi Psi/ Pi Kapp etc.
