PNMs do not look at this, what you are looking at is a reflection of looks and how fun they are to party with rather than the real things that should be valued in sororities. no one comes on to greek rank and talks about the amazing sisterhood, or philanthropy, or the character of the women in the house. so sure, if you're just joining to have fun, party, and be in a "top" house, then sure, go along with this. but this is not the original values that these organizations were founded on.
