I don't think you can put all 5 tier one houses on one line or all middle tier houses on the same line. The truth is every single house in each of those tiers isn't interchangeable. The houses on the same line could be interchangeable depending on personal preference but simply ranking on looks, the houses listed first are slightly better than the next on the same line.
