Beta- Nerdy guys, renting a house near Fiji, have a good national (big money) and used to be a huge house on campus, don't really see them making a big impact. Have the slim chance of being another Fiji. SAE- Grew extremely fast due to rich alums, Great national name/old rep, and no pledge term. Atleast 30 of their bros are graduating but they are getting the old house back, tearing it down and building a new one. Going to be top tier, a Pike clone Phi Delt- Another good national (big money), Dry housing, but getting their original chapter house back (SDTs house, terrible location). This is a toss up, might attract pledges based on the house Alpha Sig- Small national, low visibility, but sororities sort of like them, no chance of getting a legit house anytime soon.
