12) Phi Tau (No trend) - This house has precipitously fallen since the merge with Lambda Chi before settling at this spot. This house is the definition of quality over quantity. unfortunately, they are quite literally too small to compete with most houses above them. I can only seem them improving if they somehow attract larger, quality rush pools. Other Houses -------------- With few exceptions, most other houses lack the social sway to keep up with the top half of greek life. Since it would take too long to rank all of them, here are notable houses on the rise that are leftover: Beta Theta Pi - Great socials for a house of their standing/size. Unfortunately, their house will also be demolished next year like Alpha Sig's. Fortunately, it would be easier for them to find a house that fits due to their smaller size. They are also less impacted due to their reliance on their house being smaller than Alpha Sig's Zeta Psi- Small house that socials much better than expected. They need to get larger while keeping quality and find a bigger house to improve though.
