We get Chi O Is at the top but Everyone loves to say phi or kappa are “no where even close to being top houses anymore”..... yet no one will say who is? Because it’s definitley not theta zeta SK or the rest of the middle tier houses?... please enlighten me Greek rank! If Kappa or Phi aren’t considered top, then who is?
