I was in the same positions as you this year. Although I felt that I had a great connection with many of the houses, I ended up getting a bid from my lowest ranked house. Most of the houses will drop you after the first round if you're a junior (this is just what I've found from my own experience and talking to other juniors who rushed).I did not take the bid, and could not be happier as I have joined other clubs and made wonderful friends outside of Greek life. However, I did meet one of my best friends during rush and she didn't join either! So, rushing in itself is a great way to meet people. In the end, I think you'll find that during the rush process, you'll feel a little out of place anyway because you're older (and probably more mature) than many of the other girls who are right out of high school. But if you think you'll always wonder "what if" if you don't rush, then do it! Hope this helps. :)
