LCC isn't even that cheap if you're a non resident!! i think it's 2x or 3x if you're not from the lansing area. Occ or macomb cc are hella cheaper. instead of goofing all summer they should have loaded up on summer 17 classes at Occ and been able to apply as a spring 18 MSU transfer dumb!!
