Theta is definitely top tier. Maybe 3 people on this site think they are lower, for some reason. lol I don't know who "the many are" that think otherwise. Was there an MSU greek ranking conference I somehow missed??? BTW, I am not in this house, but another top tier house, and we cross-bid with Theta all the time. Top tier houses tend to do that. ;) These tiers are all personal opinion, in the end. What are the critera to be a Top Tier house, anyway? Biggest physical house, nicest looking house, most members, highest GPA, Most Involved, At Every Party? What? Just because a house has a lot of members does not mean it is a quality organization. They just let in a bunch of people. lol IMHO, a small house can be excellent in every regard.
