I'm a sophomore looking to rush a fraternity in the Spring. I didn't rush my first year because I was a young freshman (started at 17) and my parents were against it. I want to Rush Spring 2012. Is my being a sophomore going to hurt me? Which good/decent fraternities should I rush for the best chance at getting a bid? Also, what can I do to help make sure I get a bid? I came from out-of-state and don't really know many people on campus. I really want to make sure I get into one so that I can find a close-knit group of friends, sort of my home away from home.
