Yeah that is very true. I was just wondering if anyone else made that observation. On rush, I will be rushing as a junior this spring with 5 semesters left of undergrad (I'm not even 21)... I know that this limits my options a bit, even if I still have a lot of time before I graduate, but I am not looking to join a house like Sigma Chi or Pike (too selective anyway). I've always noticed that a lot of the more middle-of-the-road houses have a much more chill atmosphere and don't put their image and reputation first in front of just having a good time and a decent brotherhood as well, and this kind of setting is more what I look for in a house, beyond having fun parties. Even more so, the divide between rankings on this site and the actual experiences in each different house is kind of overstated- I know a lot of Greek life students who joined what would be considered bottom tier houses and end up having great times regardless of past reputations. I'm just looking for new experiences in college too and ways for me to feel more involved with my school and be a part of something. I went out and rushed just this semester and only went to a couple houses, but I didn't end up with my right fit. But, I am still wanting to give it another chance... Because why not? What do I have to lose? Personally I don't really care if I end up pledging with guys who are younger than me either, since I don't really let age get in the way of my friendships. Would anyone have any recommendations?
