Some girls are predetermined--have friends in the house, are pretty/hot, etc. For the most part, the top sororities are looking at the PNM based on how the guys will think is hot. The girls like the nice clothing, shoes, and purses. I have seen some really zero personality girls that are beautiful and dress well, get to the top houses. Funny, because people are usually sorry once they get in. There are a few girls who are average looking but kind of "cool" get in too.
