If you were initiated no you cannot rush a new sorority. If you weren't yes you may, but i think there's some kind of rule that if you got a bid you have to wait a year before you rush again. So if you rushed last semester you wouldn't be able to rush until next year.. You should look up the Panhellenic rules though because I may be wrong instead of asking on an anonymous forum..
