obviously, based on fall 11 Alpha Phi is the top house, no question. The bad thing is (this is what one of the told me, so correct me if I'm wrong) they can't participate in fall rush this year. missing a fall rush is taking a big hit, especially for a sorority. not sure how good they'll be next year. maybe the can do more COB, but still.
