How boring. You're a complainer and basing this exclusively on emotion. Greek Life is exists because of its exclusivity. Instead of attempting to force a house to hang out with a house they don't want to, the house that isn't seeing as much action needs to become better. That's really it. It's survival of the fittest. Similar idea to capitalism. The strong win, sorry 'bout it. If IFC/Panhel did force houses to hang out, say a Top tier Frat with a bottom sorority, the poor girls would likely be subjected to a bad showing and/or being made fun of, and would end badly.
