Rumors seem to be pointing to "yes" but I have yet to hear from any legitimate sources that Sigma Nu is coming back. Their alumni own their house, so they would be able to move into it the year after they come back. They can't move in their first year because they have no actives to start the year with so they wouldn't have anyone to live in the house.
