Houses recolonizing after being kicked off usually aren't allowed to have a house the second they come back to campus. But since Sigma Nu owns their house they would be able to move in the year after they come back. TKE does not own a house on campus so if they were to come back they would be in the same situation as Pike. From what I've heard, if we get another fraternity this fall, it will 99% be Sigma Nu or Delta Sig. Sigma Nu has the edge nationally but Delta Sig has actives who still go to SDSU.
