Pike is eligible to get a chapter house this next fall. I've heard they are looking at frat row, but I'm curious which house it's most likely going to be. Maybe the old zbt one facing the arc? Also, since DU is demolishing their current house and building a new house on the same lot, where will their chapter house be next year while the new house is being built? Maybe frat row as well? If anyone has inside knowledge about either of these houses and where they're going or if there might be any other house changes, reply
