Nothing does. The fact that they still party while on probation keeps them "cool" gives them the "we don't care about rules" vibe which for some reason keeps them on top. They'll be kicked off soon, they keep getting in more trouble but they don't change their behavior. Basically? Top tier fraternities at sdsu don't last. They rage for 2 to 5 years and eventually get kicked off. Middle to middle upper tier is where you wanna stay if you want your house to last longer than 5 years.
