Yes - it comes back to whether their alumni association owns their property outright. Next consideration is how many involved alumni they have. Theta Chi spent a crapload for that mansion they just built. SAE, Lambda Chi Alpha, and Sigma Chi are rich too. TKE has a huge alumni base too. Any one of these are planning their next moves.
