6. Theta Chi: Kicked off a some years back, but have been gaining top status since they've came back. Brotherhood culture has been changing rapidly. Used to be the house with the most "non-fraty" guys and wanted "to be something different" but recently have been following suit unfortunately with stereotype of "frat guys." Culture when Theta Chi first started and the most recent pledge classes are a world apart. Took over Sigma Chi's house after they got kicked off. Been throwing a lot of decent parties, never on the scale of the top tier. Great sorority relations. Having a massive house built, and will probably be the best physical house on campus. Also usually one of the highest GPA's on campus and said not to haze. 7. Phi Psi - They have a surprisingly high number of strange brothers but have a decent house right across the way from the ARC. Said to be made up of guys that tried to hard back in high school. Act "frat" in a very superficial way. Have some decent parties - used to rival against ZBT till they moved off greek row. Have ok relations with many mid tear sororities. Used to be known as the rush everyone house but have slowly become a tiny bit more selective. 8. Phi Delt: They have a diverse brotherhood, which has fragmented it. Some cool brothers, some on the other spectrum. Known as the christmas light house. Mixes with low to medium sororities. Right next to DG.
