You are a 34 y/o Sigma Nu recruiter. They have NO groupies. They have NO top house sorority friends. They have been dormant for 8 years now so it doesn't matter at all what they were like before they were kicked. Pike was already a bottom feeder before they got kicked and the guys who were initiated cannot jump ship to Sigma Nu so their numbers will be down significantly. Lastly, having an actual chapter house is like, the bare minimum for a frat/srat to move up the rankings and Sigma Nu won't have one for their first 2 years.
