if that post were really written by a guy then gphi already would have exchanges with whoever posted that. frats get to choose who to have exchanges and preparties with, no one is stopping them from having one with a bottom house. gphi is cool but 4th at sdsu and everyone who goes here knows it- frats shouldn't care about rankings and they should invite different sororities to do things. but they don't, and if they really wanted to (like that post said) then they would have already.
