They were on probation for hazing before the fire thing, for all effective purposes are gone. All frats have education, but the best I have heard from all my friends are Sig Chi, AEPi, and DSig. Either way, it takes a serious time commitment and willpower to join. Rush is really chill for dudes, follow the IGs, go to posted events, parties, and meet brothers (way easier than sorority rush). You need to be in contact with the rush chairs as soon as the semester starts, don't worry now tho
