It’s honestly just luck. Depends on who you know and if u don’t know anyone it depends on who you talk to. My friend really wanted pi phi but the girl she talked to one day was sick so they didn’t hit it off and she got rated low and dropped. And a lot of pnms go in with bias and wanting a specific one which doesn’t help.
