Sigma Nu was officially eligible to return to campus last fall. Theta Chi will be eligible next fall. Those are obviously just the absolute earliest that the university will consider allowing them to come back and doesn't necessarily mean they will be allowed back then (or ever). As for sororities, Panhellenic reported last month that expansion was in the "exploratory" stages but there was no word on which sorority would expand to SDSU nor did it say when that would be. Does anyone here know anything?
