This is the most accurate and detailed list you’re going to get, here we go (read the whole thing) from a girl (dropped axo) 2022 started like this 1. sae (always been great house) 2. pike (first big year for them) 3. phi psi (solid, but last years pc was eh) 4. sigma chi (not top 3 but was close) 5. phi delt (good guys and decently fun) Now it has changed 1. PHI PSI (voted best parties and best looking guys after first semester by all top 3 sororities)+ (known best fall 22 and spring 23 pc out of the big 3 frats) I don’t go there often but can’t deny this one 2. SAE (notorious top house here with great parties and solid guys) unfortunately freshman pc took them out of top spot (first time in about 10 years) still a very solid frat 3. PIKE (nothing bad to say but with phi psi next door it’s tricky for them to get numbers most weekends) they have a lot of actives and are close with top sororities 4. SIGMA CHI only house that stayed in same spot (pretty dang solid still) 5. PHI DELT/ DELTA SIG - very equal as of right now (same sororities and party quality (good on both of them though, really stepping it up other than that, I don’t know the orders .
