However, the University has received recent reports of hazing within the (unrecognized) San Diego chapter of the fraternity. We take this matter very seriously. Please contact the Fraternity & Sorority Life team at sllfraternitysororitylife@sdsu.edu with concerns about the organization or to file an incident report. -Kappa Sigma Fraternity Suspension with Stipulations through August 2022 -Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity Expulsion through August 2030 -Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity Expulsion for a minimum of seven years effective November 6, 2017 In addition to the University sanction, the national Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity Board revoked the charter of the California Phi Iota Chapter at SDSU -Sigma Nu Fraternity Suspension through January 2022 -Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Suspension with stipulations through May 2021 -Theta Chi Fraternity Suspension through August 2023
