Hi, I'm going to be sdsu co'25 and I'm considering rushing a sorority, however, I've heard so many negative things about how girls are chosen to be in a sorority. Does membership honestly heavily rely on superficial things like looks? I don't mean for this to sound accusatory AT ALL but this is a concern of mine. idc about rankings and stuff that's just extremely juvenile, but I do want to be sure that I'm not putting myself into a toxic environment when I become a student in the fall. The sisterhood surrounding sororities is super appealing to me but I'm not too sure if this is the way to find it. If anyone can respond id be very appreciative!
